From our farm to your table!
Our gardens are an essential part of our business and property, supplying fresh harvests to our kitchen for delightful tastes in our pastries, sandwiches, and more. In the summertime, as our harvests become more plentiful, we will also open our farm stand to share our produce with our guests directly.
We use a low impact tilthing process to loosen our soil without disrupting any of the good microbiomes, impacting only the surface of the ground. In addition to this, we use Cleveland business Tilth’s organic soil as well as our own compost, made up of kitchen scraps, to provide our crops with all the nutrients they need to flourish. What comes of it are large and fully saturated harvests, packed with flavor and perfect to munch on their own or inside of a meal.
