Clay Date with Mom
Celebrate Mother’s Day with us this year! Bring along your mom or your favorite woman and join Hilary Chan Artistry in our second floor event room for a Clay Date with Mom. Customize a local and handmade charcuterie board (or “girl dinner” board) with a variety of glazes and styles to choose from, all while sipping on a delicious drink and enjoying the aroma of fresh baked pastries.
Two sessions are available for this event. The first begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 11 a.m., and the following begins at 12:00 p.m. and ends at 2:00 p.m.. Participants must arrive by their scheduled start time and may leave whenever they have finished glazing their pottery.
Tickets are $50 per person. In addition to a custom charcuterie board, participants will also receive a free drink of their choosing (coffee, tea, or a mimosa). Orders will be taken once the event begins and drinks will be brought to participants during the event.
Pick-up is on May 23 in the upstairs event room. Items will be available for pick-up from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
Meow-ket at the Bark-ery
Visit the Meow-ket at the Bark-ery on Saturday, May 16 and celebrate National Pet Month with us! Join us and local vendors and explore a variety of handmade goodies for your furry friends to enjoy, plus a featured outdoor-only menu.
Pets are welcome but must be outside only, on-leash, and well-behaved.

Artisan Readers Book Club: Remarkably Bright Creatures
Join the Artisan Readers Book Club for a discussion about this session’s featured book: Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt.
This story explores the uncommon friendship between a widow and a Pacific octopus and shows how community and relationships can breathe life back into people, no matter how unconventional they may be. Rated over 4 stars on Goodreads and awarded the McLaughlin-Esstman-Stearns First Novel Prize in 2023, this novel beautifully depicts themes of grief, growth, and connection told through multiple lives and points of view. Soon to be adapted into a Netflix film, this is a book you do not want to miss.

The Auracle | Follow Up Friday
The Auracle is BACK with a special discount for returning guests! Artisan Readers Book Club
We have a real page-turner for you! The last Saturday of March is the first meeting for the Artisan Readers Book Club, hosted by Chef Victoria Robertson and Alexa Longworth. The first book we will be cracking the spine of is Nightcrawling by Leila Mottley, a thrilling story that mirrors real-life tragedies and follows a young girl as she navigates poverty, systemic injustice, and being forced to begin “nightcrawling.” Join us for lively discussion over the novel and meet local bibliophiles, plus help us decide what to read for our NEXT meeting! Growing up, Chef Victoria’s family has cherished the art of decorating a gingerbread house, whether collaborating together on one design or competing against one another to see who can create the most showstopping piece. This year, we’re inviting YOU to join in on the holiday fun! Pre-order one of our Gingerbread House Kits this month and receive delicious, scratchmade gingerbread foundation pieces, rich royal icing, and your choice of candy.

Visiting us on Wednesday, December 17 is local children’s book author E.D. ‘Paw’dova, who will be reading a few novels from her Buck & Benny Adventures series. E.D. ‘Paw’dova is a local children’s book author, rescue-dog advocate, and retired educator with 38 years of experience teaching young children.

The Auracle Pop-Up
Come see yourself in a whole new light.
The Auracle will be returning to our bakery on Friday, November 14 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a sweet pop-up! Have your aura captured in a stunning snapshot and explore the intricacies of your own energy – from personal strengths to what vibe you’re putting out into the world.
Harvest Hunt
Bring along your little monsters for a Harvest Hunt this autumn! For ages 13 and under, this scavenger hunt will allow kids to explore our garden, solve riddles, and earn a special treat at the end.

Storytime: The Golden Rule

Bring along your little ones for a sweet Story Time at our bakery on Thursday, September 25 from 11:00 am to 11:30 am. This month, we will be reading The Golden Rule, a heartwarming tale that celebrates kindness across all cultures.
