Not Convenience.
At Victoria's Bakery, every single item served is crafted entirely from scratch and by hand in our kitchen. This includes pastries, their fillings, coffee syrups, bottled juices, and more. With a menu that changes weekly, our team is constantly crafting fresh batches with new, seasonal flavors. The chefs at Victoria’s Bakery are always hard at work before the sun comes up, making sure everything is warm and fresh for our guests to enjoy.
Our Ingredients
We pride ourselves on using the best possible ingredients in our food, either high-quality, locally sourced, or from our own garden. The land surrounding our building is brimming with a variety of crops, including herbs, zucchini, spinach, lemons, cherries, figs, and more. In addition to our outdoor gardens, we are currently constructing a greenhouse to allow for production throughout the colder seasons.
